How long does the seller have to ship my item? Per the Help Center, the information is "most sellers ship within 7 days" which doesn't answer my question.
How long do I have to wait before filing a dispute? What does the seller agreed to for shipping time when they sign up?
This has nothing to do with paypal. It is dependent on which web site or merchant you buy from and their despatch policies.
You can open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item whenever you want BUT you can't escalate it to a claim for paypal to get involved until 7 days post payment.
