How long does it take to recover a negative balance from a closed false dispute?

Hey , first of all thank you for taking your time reading this.

As the title has described, I had one of customer that sent me money using friends and family method. I thought by using F&F i would not be able to got any false dispute since i sell digital goods (Game accounts). On the next day after the transaction the buyer told me that he needed a refund but i did not respond to him, that caused him to file a false dispute on the transaction and i got the e-mail.

After the dispute, i contacted the buyer and he agreed to solve the dispute by contacting the customer service.

The dispute is now closed and the result is the transaction is not covered , so i suppose my balance will go back to normal.

But i have not gotten any e-mails about it and my balance is still negative. Any idea?

Its against Paypal rules to accept a family / friends payment for selling goods and you risk your Paypal account being limited if you do so.
A buyer would not be able to open a Paypal dispute for non-receipt of item OR item not as described as they would have no Paypal buyer protection.
However they can still open a dispute for an unauthorised transaction OR do a chargeback (via their card issuer) and you may well lose as you would have no Paypal seller protection.

Thanks for the information, i appreciate it. There's only one more thing to ask.

In this case, the buyer has closed the dispute from his side and told the customer service it was indeed an authorized charged. And he even sent me a screenshot of the proofs (screenshots of the dispute being closed down by him and the help paypal customer service). 

But i havent got any e-mails or notification about it since then, should i be worried?

Paypal may be investigating why you are accepting friends/family payments for sales or the funds will be released 21 days post payment in case of other issues.
