How long does it take them to review paperwork??

I submitted ID verification, business verification and all that required stuff a month ago. I still keep getting "WE NEED YOUR IDENTIFICATION" BS message every time I login, and they're blocking my funds withdrawals. They said up to 5 business days for processing. Of course you can't send them a message, and customer service is closed after normal business hours. How convenient. Is there a way to reach someone directly? Support email? Escalate?
I can't believe they send you through phone loop questionnaire before telling you they're closed. That's just priceless. Online support robot also asked a bunch of questions, then told me to call because they're getting too many messages! The call robot asked me a bunch of questions in order to tell me they're closed.
