Yesterday I've tried to link a so called "virtual" credit card by Qiwi, but it didn't work out and my account currently has limitations. I had to prove my passport id and the ownership of that virtual card. So the thing is the passport id was confirmed in 5 minutes but I'm still waiting for a credit card confirmation. I don't know how to show that I own a card which is not physically in my hands so I sent a screenshot of the card online. I'm kind of annoyed to deal with this even though the card did not even link to account, and I still have to confirm. Anyways, how long would it take for PayPal to check on it?
