I ordered something from a High Street shop, came faulty. I reported it to the retailer and was asked to return it. I used their prepaid label, was sent on 22/05 and there hasn't been any signs of a refund. I opened a Paypal dispute on 29/05. I was wondering how long do I have to wait for my money to be refunded?
