I ordered something from a High Street shop, came faulty. I reported it to the retailer and was asked to return it. I used their prepaid label, was sent on 22/05 and there hasn't been any signs of a refund. I opened a Paypal dispute on 29/05. I was wondering how long do I have to wait for my money to be refunded?
Hi. It is a claim opened by Paypal as I called them up on phone. Yes, I returned it with a tracked service which is quite a strange one, as the retailer confirmed they do not update the tracking past the Hub received point, which was on 23/05. But it is quite impossible that they haven't received the returned item yet. What do you think about the dispute time?
