Hello, and thank you for checking out my issues. So, I placed an order for a pool this summer, however it was delayed and as of right now i still have not received my purchase. I spoke with the owner of the company and they state that all pools are back ordered. He has given me the opportunity to place my pool on layaway at the same price for the next year, or i can cancel my order and get a refund. The tricky part is as they say, it may be difficult to get a pool next year so if i give up this one i may not get one next year. So my question is if i wait until next summer and i still do not receive my pool can i then dispute the charge via pay-pal or do i forfeit the option?
