I have two open disputes with this seller and during further documentation gathering to help protect myself (all personal documents and correspondences which is evidence for my dispute claims). Upon gathering of evidence, I actually discovered that the buyer committed a illegal activity based on USDA regulations for transport of dogs. Basically the dog was not vaccinated properly nor up to date. This is demonstrated without a doubt by the vaccination records the buyer provided at which was sent to me by the animal courier service they used prior to the transport of the animal (dog). I am also in the process of reporting this to the USDA.
