MY BUSINESS ACCT HAS BEEN HACKED PAYPAL HOLDING MONEY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 

WHATSOEVER GOT CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE NOT FILED CASES GETTING HIT WITH CASES

I am wondering the same thing. This is very concerning! I see your message is a few weeks old...were you ever able to get a hold of anyone? I called in and their automated system says go to the help center. I go to the help center and message in and it says that's unavailable too. How can a payment resource have zero customer service? Really considering moving away from Paypal altogether...its ridiculous.

Having the same issue. You couldn't get a worse company, honestly. They're holding my funds I received from the sale of a bike and I have no way of 'verifying information' that they said in email. No way of contacting anyone. I'm getting the seller to retract the funds and send to me a different way. Shower of cretins!
