How do I talk to a real person in customer service?

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to get hold of Paypal customer service and I cannot seem to get anyone on the phone. I live in Australia. I recently purchased some items and have been scammed. I have 2 disputes open and the last one Paypal has totally dropped out from following up the last exchange.
I am soooo disappointed with paypal DISPUTE RESOLUTION Centre they have opened the cases and now it's all just pending have not heard from them for weeks. whatever!!!!
Please help!! I am trying to get a refund.

Have you escalated both of them to claims and are both claims still open?
Paypal are inundated at the moment from claims bought by buyers that bought tat from these China web sites OR Social Media ads so all claims are delayed + add that to the reduced staffing levels they have due to covid and you can see why everyone has to wait a lot longer.
As long as the claims are still open then just hang on in there for your turn in the long queue.
Advice is voluntary.
