Yesterday I purchased a pair of shoes through what I thought was a legit shoe site that sent the payment through PayPal. I didn't sign in because at the time I didn't have a PayPal account. Now I want to stop the payment or dispute it but am not getting anywhere with the resolution center or the text feature. What can I do?
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
