How do I speak to someone at Paypal intsead of the automated system?

Someone made an unauthorized transaction on my PayPal account and I have been trying to get in contact with someone all morning at Paypal and it is impossible. I am so frustrated because there is no reason why you can not get in touch with someone about potential fraud

You can call them. <removed> if they are busy they will call you back. I have called them and they call back in a very short time

I had this problem too that is how I got scam on October 28,2020 because when I called some one answer the phone and had my information.
