Hi,

Have to send the first page of your bank statement. A bank statement should have your name and billing address that matches the name and billing address of your PayPal account on the first page. Your bank should send you a paper or pdf/digital statement each month.

If your bank does not provide bank statement or you cannot make your bank give you a proper monthly statement, then write a letter explaining why you do not have a bank statement, and ask for another document you can submit instead, pdf the letter, then upload to PayPal.
