How do I send info on an open case?

I have a disputed case open i the Resolution Center and I have new information important to the case. How do I send that to Paypal?
When I go to the Resolution Center and click on my case, there's no where to add comments or updates.
So I clicked on Contact Paypal (at the bottom of each page), and the only options it gives me is a link which just sends me back to the Resolution Center, this link to the Community Forum and a link to a Message Center, which when I click on it, it says, "Messages not available right now".
Where do I go?
Is there an email for Paypal?

I'm having the exact same issue. I have information that is vital to the outcome of a dispute but I have no way of getting it to PayPal.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
