Hello @iEmad711

If you've completed the steps to remove your limitation in the Resolution Center and your account is still limited, it means that PayPal is still reviewing your information. Once the review is complete, Paypal will notify you. Please note that PayPal specialists are unable to lift your limitation over the phone or via chat/messaging.

Hi, I have had my account restricted for no reason. I use the account to pay a few contractors + a few subscriptions only. They have given no reason for the restriction and it has severely affected my business. I have emailed several time but they say it is permanent so how do i resolve this?

I supplied the documentation over a year ago, but this is becoming silly. I just get the message saying that my stuff will be processed in 2-4 days, then nothing happens.

I have tried everything recommended except the social media stuff, as I don't like social media anywhere near my money.

I guess I could start a new account using one of my other credit cards, but to be honest it's probably easier to just use Wise and close this account for good. I would have to stop using eBay so much, but c'est la vie. This is more pain than I need.

I tried the chat thing today, but I don't have high expectations.
