How do I remove the limitation from my account?

My account was limited from the first money I made, and I tried to solve it and provided the information according to the steps. Two or three working days to give me the results, but it has been one month since I got the review results. I send a message to PayPal and get a reply that looks like a robot. Let me follow the steps.
I'm really distressed. The money in PayPal can't be used or transferred to the bank card. Is there any solution?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thank you for your help. I called the customer service number twice yesterday, but it didn't solve the problem. The second time, the customer service staff asked for my bank card account, expiration time and CVV code. After I told her, I cut off the phone. I was very worried about being a liar. I'm going to get in touch with Facebook.
