How do I remove payment sending limitation

Hi,

I got a message in my verified Business account. Which is: (You have reached a usage milestone, as you have used your PayPal balance to send payment exceeding regulatory limit in a year. In compliance with the regulatory requirements, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at Dashboard)

I clicked there and did not find any option to resubmit my identity. 

Now how do I remove this sending limitation?

Please help me out from this problem.
