We didn't realize paypal would ask for personal documentation to prove identity for all the officers on our account. One of our officers doesn't want to provide personal paperwork to paypal. So how do I remove this person from our account and an officer? We cannot access any of the money in our account until this is done.

You may be able to remove this person in the Manage Users section of your PayPal account.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log Out" and select Account Settings.
- In the ‘Manage Users' section, click Update. (You may be asked to enter some financial details as a security check.)

Thanks but the officers don't show up as users. I have contacted Paypal by phone and asked a supervisor to deal with the immediately instead of sending me cookie cutter emails about it.
