Hello all, I need to register a dispute against businesses who aren't issuing a refund but there is no way to do this with the categories that are available. All advice welcomed!
Why are you due a refund to begin with and go by that. Item not received (ie seller do not have item to ship or didn’t ship your order at all) or Significantly not as described (ie. received something entirely different, damaged goods, incomplete or missing items, lost while in transit) .
Or do a chargeback through your card issuer as “Credit not processed”.
hi; it's not any of these, it's clothing that didn't fit; I sent it back and they aren't processing the refund nor answering emails (most phone lines appear to be not working over lockdown due to the switch to home working). Hence, me saying it doesn't match any of the available categories. So given this, any ideas?
