NEVER close a dispute until you have your refund.
If you close it now your seller can ignore you and you can't re-open another one for the same transaction.
The seller is perfectly able to refund you during the dispute, in fact when they do it automatically closes the dispute.
If you had to close a dispute to get a refund then what would be the point of a dispute process in the first place.
Escalate to a claim if the seller has not refunded.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
