I had my unemployment direct deposited. It shows up in my available balance. So I try to pay a bill online and decline. Then I realized PayPal had Limited my accout to pretty much a freeze. I got a notification and completed all 4 steps. That was 3 days ago. The online assist people never respond and all the phones numbering call hang up. Please can anyone tell me what to do. Every dollar I have is froze in this stupid account. I need this money yesterday to help my family.
