I just opened my paypal account and my friend sent me money nearly 200€. Paypal have set me some limitations to my account now. I have given them all the other details except that I need to give them a receipt from that 200€. I cannot call them since some corona restrictions and I have contacted them about this matter, but not answer.
How can I give a receipt from something that is like a birthday gift as in a money form?
