Once i discovered I was victimized with unauthorized usage, I panicked and immediately un-linked my CC to my paypal and ebay before I even filed for a report. Will the money be refunded on my credit card even if its already un-linked or do I have to input back my CC to paypal? and how long does it usually takes before it reflects on my bank account?
