How do I dispute unauthorized activity that has a payment status of Pending?

There is unauthorized activity on my PayPal debit card that has a status of Pending. When I follow the procedure to file a dispute I get a page that states "We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction". What am I supposed to do now?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear you have an unauthorized transaction on your PayPal debit card. As you mentioned the transaction was pending, you would need to wait for it to complete before filing a dispute.
