This morning I was charged $16.19 from Manscaped.... for what reason, I have no idea. There was no description and now the problem I reported is closed and can't get someone to look at it. There was no explanation why is was closed and what the purchase was. I want to speak to someone on the phone about this matter. What can I do now? Apparently I can't get anyone on the phone because of the virus... really annoyed... who's to say this won't happen again. Manscaped won't answer my emails
