How do I contact Paypal support when my Account does not work?
I'm trying to get help from Paypal. My account is limited, so messaging and resolution centre dont work. The phone access does not go to a real person, I'm presuming because of the Covid 19 problems. Is there an off-web-site way to contact customer support? Perhaps an email address I can use with my own email? I've not been able to trade for around 5 days now. I've tried the twitter messaging, but that says go back to my account etc etc..
