How can I talk to a real person. I had an unauthorized charge on my account and even though the company agreed and stopped the shipment, PayPal, (without contacting them) in a few hours send me a message that the purchase was not unauthorized. If they had contacted the seller they would have been made aware of the numerous notes on the account stating that is had been disable because of unauthorized activity. Now the company cannot refund me the money because PayPal has closed the case, without even checking. If they had, they would have been informed of the problem. Now, I can't even call them because there is no number and I get robots on the chat program. Anyone have a number?
