I have an open dispute that hasn't received an update for six weeks. How do I connect with an actual person via phone, chat or email? I cannot figure out how to do that. Thanks in advance for any assistance or guidance with this.
It would be a waste of time to be honest, but i will give you the only options below.
Sadly paypal are inundated with claims at the moment from buyers that bought tat from these China web sites or Social Media ads resulting in all claims being dalayed.
As long as yours is still open you have a chance of a refund but unfortunately just have to wait for your turn in the long queue.
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
