How do I challenge chargeback

A buyer bought my car through ebay motors auction. Didn't want car shipped and came to pick up car himself. Started, drove and had me load car. Upon home he begins to file claims ...ie 1ebay. 2 ebay. 3 paypal...all found in my favor. Now he files "chargeback" and money deducted from my account until "bank" does investigate...no responses. Paypal says they can help or contact them Wtf..

A chargeback is done directly via the buyers card company and is not a paypal dispute.

The card company make all the decisions and all paypal can do is pass on any info on your behalf.

If you lose then you would pay back the money + the $12 (I think) card processing fee.

Normally paypal seller protection would cover you for chargebacks BUT seller protection does not cover motor vehicles.

You should have asked for cash on collection and refunded any paypal payment
