How do I cancel a claim/dispute I made and close the case?
I filed a claim today, however, I contacted the seller after and resolved matters with them. When making the claim, there was no option to select that it was an "Item Not Received" dispute, which was what my case was. There was only an option to report unauthorized access, so I filed my dispute as that. I would like to know how to resolve or cancel my dispute case, thank you in advance!
