So me and the seller have been messaging each other about the refund I requested because I requested a refund because I never received the item so he said he’s willing to refund the money so he sent an offer for a partial refund for 230$ witch I don’t have a problem with because it’s only 4 less dollars then the full refund so the problem is I don’t know how to accept the offer for the partial refund he sent because once I got the email that he sent an offer all it said was response now once I click the email it just says view conversations witch is just the chats me and him had so what do I do to accept the offer because I’ve looked everywhere on the resolution center and theirs nothing that says accept offer could anyone help me and give at least an idea of what I need to do and the area it would be located at?
