How do ChicV affiliated web shops respond to correct order cancellations?

How do ChicV (Beijing xi ke wangluo keji youxian gongsi, Beijing Fine Engraving Network Technology Co., Ltd.) affiliated web shops respond to correct order cancellations?

 

Example:

  1. Buyer orders 3 shirts from ChicV affiliated web shop.
  2. After order confirmation from a suspicious seller (e.g. seller's name is not the name of the web shop), buyer quickly cancels the order (6 hours after having issued it).
  3. Nevertheless, some logistics center in buyer's region sends merchandise to buyer, but only 2 out of 3 shirts. 1 shirt (the cheapest one) is missing.

Generally: If a ChicV affiiated web shop executed your order even though you cancelled it correctly,

  • did they send you all ordered items,
  • or did they send only a part of the ordered items?
