Hallo.
On 5th of December i receive email from Paypal that the buyer filed a dispute.
Buyer never contacted me through ebay, filed a dispute through paypal directly.
He claimed that the item hasn't been delivered although it appears delivered to the address provided on ebay archives.
I sent a message to the buyer through ebay on 05th of December to resolve the issue but he never responded.
Although I provided Paypal with the tracking number, they say that they are unable to verify delivery and debited the amount of the transaction, and on top they charged me 20$ charge back fee.
I repeat on ebay archives the item appeared delivered.
Why Paypal are unable to verify the delivery information i provided?
Did Paypal check with ebay that the item was delivered?
