How can somebody make a claim after six months when bought an item from eBay.when they he’d all tracking numbers and where the parcel wasCollected from then went to and from the collection from my house to the National hub where it went to then with the Currier why has he left it so long to make a dispute for his money back saying is not arrived PayPal allow 186 days for any PayPal payment gone out my Hermes parcels will only allow 29 days if there is a fault on eBay will only allow 30 days how do I stand with losing £138 PayPal has took the money within one week of this dispute I have sent off all paperwork all documents and all tracking numbers.but not once replied to any of theirs Messages but PayPal still pay them the whole £138. He had all tracking numbers why didn’t he contact me within 30 days or even 60 days
