My acc has no longer can be used but it is still stated that some amount of money on hold for more than 1 year..so i'd like to withdraw all the balance include the on hold money..please help me.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
