How can I withdraw when my account is limited?

Hello. I have problem with the support. They closed my account permanently, but they told me that they will send me email when I will be able to withdraw my balance. I had to wait about 180 days. So the email came, but the problem is as my account is limited I cannot add bank account or debit card to which I will be able to withdraw. Support is sending all time one and the same copy/paste answer and nothing changes. What can I do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I tried so many times, but their lack of employees, I guess, is making them giving copy/paste answers by some bot, even in Facebook. It is really hard to reach some real Paypal employee. I may try in Twitter, just that I haven't tried.
