How can I submit proof that merchant is lying to the resolution center? I can't find it on my claim

I escalated my dispute to a claim but I need help, please. When the merchant was contacted PayPal about the item that was missing from my order from May, the merchant responded that the item missing was shipped and provided a tracking number. The tracking number provided is the one from the original shipment that was missing the item I opened the claim about, not a new tracking number for a reply of the item. I have proof that he lied, a screenshot that shoes this when I plug in the number into UPS tracking. I can't speak to an agent because of Coronavirus and there's nowhere on the claim to add this info.
