Hi guys,
So I just got a problem recently...A guy stole someone's credit card and bought an item that I listed on Grailed. I didn't know about this until Grailed sent me an email to warn me that the buyer is a potential scammer a month later and told me I should get my shoes back. But when I contacted the post office, they said the shoes is on its way to The States and nothing they could do. Then a few days ago I found out the one who buyer opened a case 2 weeks ago, he claimed that he didn't authorize the purchase, and he got the money back. Now the case is closed, I have a negative balance (which is $500) and I don't know how to solve it. Are there any ways that I could do about it? Really need some help from you guys!
