How can I reopen an unautoorized transaction case in the resolution center?

Hi, I recently just opened a unauthorized transaction case and accidentally closed the case on my end, I have a crappy slow computer and I was pressing things too fast!! I tried to reopen the case and now cannot because I’ve already filed a claim for it once!
