I bought some face masks from MedicalLex and then I realise it is a scam website ! I submitted a claim to the dispute center but it has been declined by Paypal ! I paid $130 with my paypal credit, and now I cannot submit a duplicate claim of the transaction and neither I can get my facemasks because the seller is fake ! What I can do?

If you filed unauthorized transaction claim, you will be denied because no one broke into your account to make this purchase. Have to file Item Not Received (INR) or Significantly Not As Described (SNAD).
Please contact customer service and let them know you filed the wrong claim and want to change your claim to a INR or SNAD:
Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
Or contact via social media:
Facebook (US): https://www.facebook.com/paypal
Twitter (US): @AskPayPal
If seller provided fake tracking info to be covered under INR claim, you'll have to provide evidence that the info is fake by contacting your courier and appeal PayPal claim. If you do not want to go through PayPal to dispute and you paid with credit card, contact card issuer to dispute instead.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
