I made a paypal account when I was 17, without realising the consequences. I have money in my paypal account and would like to withdraw it to a bank account, but I can't because I am underage. I will be 18 soon, in a few weeks, will I be able to get my money then? Is there anything I can do or anyone I can ask to get the funds back?
