How can I email PayPal customer service directly?

Hi there, I have a open case with PayPal and the seller and I have been emailing the seller for her contact number as the request from the courier in order to ship the product back to her. But she keeps ignoring my email and I can’t ship the item back with her contact number. I can’t email PayPal to report the situation. Is there any way I can send PayPal customer service directly to update the situation? Thank you

Have you escalated to a claim and won the claim?

If you have then normally paypal tell you the address to return the item to.

If the seller does not provide one then you 'should' win the claim.

I have the same issue. I escalated a case because the seller sent the wrong item, i now have to send the incorrect item back to them but the seller has provided an address partially in chinese and the post office will not post to the address given, i have no option to do anything other than upload tracking details which i can not do? which means i will lose my money.
