I am looking for information or advice on how to contact Paypal for fraudulent activity that happened through Paypal.
I can't open a case through the resolution center because the activity didn't happen on Paypal directly by me. It's a long story but on my bank statement, the description under the fraudulent transactions mentions Paypal TopUp (in Singapore).
My bank told me to also try contacting Paypal in the hope of blocking the transaction but it seems almost impossible.
I would appreciate any suggestions or advice, thanks.
