Hi, I want close my paypal account but it keeps on saying there is an error and the account won't close, I've tried closing it from settings multiple times to no avail. I opened the account before I was 18 and I can't use it. I have tried calling the help center but I can't get through, can someone please help me?
If paypal have limited it because it was an illegally made underage account then you won't be able to close it.
Paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account against their rules.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
