How can I add information to a dispute?

Hi

How can I add information to a dispute? Is there an email for Paypal as the website just keeps sending me to their message centre.

I have a dispute. I think I've bought something that I will not receive as the link to the item and their business are now dead.

I have started a dispute and the seller has updated with a China Post EMS tracking number - but everywhere I try to enter the tracking number it says it doesn't exist.

Paypal say they are now reviewing the case - but if they see the sellers response with a bogus tracking number they'll probably say wait longer.

Or am I entering the tracking number into the wrong site as there seems to be heaps when I google china post ems?

Thanks

Try 17track.net

Try these steps:

https://www.paypal.com/au/smarthelp/article/can-i-provide-additional-information-or-evidence-to-help...

PayPal does not have a publicly given email address for this. If there is one, they have to give it to you in the course of communication either by phone or through the message center for example.

Or you can contact via social media:

Facebook (AU): https://www.facebook.com/paypalau/

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Thanks mate

17track.net seemed to work better and give me some result. Still dubious on this deal.

See what happens.

Cheers
