How can I REMOVE restriction from my account

I have received 1.50 Euro to my account and they have placed it on hold. They are asking me for some report. Sender has confirmed that I have provided SMM service but they still have not removed restriction. The amount and payment was trial. I cant proceed.. Please help me. What can I do to continue using pay pal. They have writter following: <We can't find any recent orders>. Please contact Customer Support at and reference number XXXXX
