How Resolve Account Limitation | cant find in Resolution center

Can anybody point me to where to resolved account limitations.

In Resolution center it only show bunch of transaction summary to report?

Already send a message to customer service for 3 days, still no reply.

I pm their social account but said to wait for account specialist to contact me.

Don't know how long to wait ,  I really need my money for xmas.

Hi @Dudezz,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with a limitation.  As you stated that you are waiting for a specialist on the social account, I have to ask for your patience a bit longer.  We have been receiving a large number of contacts recently and we're working on answering them in the order they are received.  We appreciate your patience.
