Ok, so I had to make a claim a week or so ago cause the seller was taking forever, it was over a month with no item. They had til May 10th to respond or whatever. My item suddenly started making progress after I opened a claim. TODAY, when my item finally showed the item would delivered, the seller escalated the claim. My item WAS finally delivered and I wanted to close the case but I can't. What do I do? PayPal is no help.

Since the case was escalated by the seller, PayPal will review it and see that it was delivered via tracking number and close the case for the seller if currently you do not see an option to close dispute as per:
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
