Hi all, I recently brought items online at House of Fraser paying by PayPal. The items were unsuitable and on return because they were paid by through PayPal refund was made in the form of a gift card. Now that HOF has gone into administration the new owner at this point is not honouring existing gift cards. Can I claim through PayPal.
