Holding funds

My account was shut down with payment from 2 people waiting to be transferred which were denied. I get it if they’re not going to transfer the money to my account but are that going to hold the peoples money and not credit it back to them ?

If the funds were not accepted into your paypal account then they will reverse back to the senders, may take up to 30 days to time out though.
